The RAM Assess tool works by aligning with the validated answers provided in the upload template. If your input differs from the accepted options, it may lead to unexpected outcomes in the assessment, or trigger a Missing Data or Invalid Data Type issue. Please ensure that all entries in your file match the validated answers in the template exactly.
More about issue types here.

Some parts of the RAM Assessment rely on numerical input, such as the field: ‘% non-paper content by weight and not classified as a fibre-based composite?’
These percentage values should be entered as whole numbers only. For example, if the percentage is 15%, you should enter 15 (not 0.15 or 15%).

Certain components will automatically be classified as Red unless a valid take-back route is provided. To avoid this, make sure the OPRL label displayed on your packaging is correctly entered (In Column S) and matches one of the available options in the template.
If there is no OPRL label present but you do have evidence of a valid take-back route, please enter: valid take-back scheme.

The RAM Assessment template includes a pre-defined list of packaging component names to select from. While this is not an exhaustive list, and your business may use different terminology, it is important to align your component name with one of the validated options wherever possible.
