What to Do If Your Welcome Email Has Expired
For security reasons, your welcome email link is only valid for 7 days. If it expires before you’ve set up your account, you can still get started by resetting your password.
Steps to Follow:
- Go to the Forgotten Password page: https://ram.clarity.eco/forgot-password
- Enter the email address you originally provided for your account.
- This must be the same email address that received your welcome email.
- Follow the instructions in the reset email to create your new password.
- Once your password has been created, return to the main login page here: https://ram.clarity.eco/login
- Log in with your email and new password to access the system.
