What to Do If Your Welcome Email Has Expired

For security reasons, your welcome email link is only valid for 7 days. If it expires before you’ve set up your account, you can still get started by resetting your password.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Go to the Forgotten Password page: https://ram.clarity.eco/forgot-password
  2. Enter the email address you originally provided for your account.
    1. This must be the same email address that received your welcome email.
  3. Follow the instructions in the reset email to create your new password.
  4. Once your password has been created, return to the main login page here: https://ram.clarity.eco/login
  5. Log in with your email and new password to access the system.
